The Cottage is available for rental year round. From mid April to mid December, the rental rate is $1750.00 per 7 night week plus 12% Government Tax; During peak season the rental rate is $2000.00 per 7 night week plus 12% Government Tax;
Depending on the season, the daily rental rate is between $250 to $285 per night with a 3 night minimum rental.
Daily Maid Service is optional and available at a cost of $150.00 per 7 day week or $50 per day;
Chef Services & Spa Services are also available on request and not included in the base rate.
A minimum deposit of US$500 is required at the time of booking and the rental balance is due no less than 8 weeks pre-arrival. Bookings cancelled 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund less a US$300 cancellation deposit. There is no refund where the cancellations is given with less than 30 days notice however a full credit will be applied to any rescheduled booking.
We accept payment by credit cards, Paypal or wire transfers.
